  1. Booking Process
  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked online.
  • Clients are responsible for completing the required intake form immediately after booking to provide essential medical information relevant to their treatment.
  1. Treatment Considerations
  • While Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is generally gentle and does not typically cause bruising, exceptional cases may occur due to vascular fragility or underlying conditions.
  1. Home Visit Appointments
  • Clients must provide two clean towels for their session.
  • Our specialists will bring their own massage tables for home visit treatments.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Full payment for assistant appointments is required at the time of online booking.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit payment is received. Failure to make a prompt deposit may result in the loss of your appointment slot.
  1. Late Arrival Policy
  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients.
  • The therapist will wait up to 15 minutes for late arrivals. This time will be deducted from your session.
  • After 15 minutes, the therapist will leave (home visit), and the session will be charged in full.
  1. Packages & Vouchers
  • All treatments within a package or voucher must be redeemed within six months from the date of purchase.
  • These terms apply to each session within the package or voucher.
  1. Children & Supervision
  • If you bring young children to the clinic, a supervising adult must be present at all times.
  • Clinic staff cannot provide childcare or supervision.
  1. Medical History & Client Responsibility
  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical history via the intake form.
  • Our team cannot be held liable for complications arising from withheld medical information or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.
  1. Appointment Reminders & Rescheduling
  • Clients will receive an email reminder days before their appointment.
  • This email is not for rescheduling or general inquiries.
  1. Review Appointments
  • Review appointments cannot be used for additional treatments.
  • These sessions serve a specific purpose and are not interchangeable with other treatments.
  1. Confidentiality & Marketing
  • Before-and-after pictures may be used for company marketing purposes.
  • All images will be handled with strict confidentiality.
  1. Individual Bookings
  • Bookings are individual and non-transferable.
  • Sessions cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
  1. Pet Policy
  • Clinic appointments: Our clinics are not pet-friendly. Bringing a pet may result in cancellation of your appointment without a refund.
  • Home visits: If you have pets, please ensure they are kept under control at all times.
  • Clients are fully responsible for their pets’ behaviour. Any aggressive actions toward our specialists will be the sole responsibility of the client.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Fees
  • To receive a full refund, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within the 24-hour period will incur:
    • £5 administration fee
    • 2.5% transaction fee deducted from the deposit
  1. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the full treatment fee.
  • For clients with treatment packages, one session will be deducted from the remaining balance.
  • Missed appointments will incur a £50 fee, payable before rescheduling is allowed.
  1. Therapist Punctuality
  • While every effort is made to ensure therapists arrive on time, transport disruptions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness) may occasionally result in delays or last-minute changes.
  1. COVID-19 Cancellations
  • Cancellations due to COVID-19 will be accepted only with original proof of a positive test result.
