Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Fees:

To receive a full refund, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within the requested period (1 day prior to booking) will incur an administration fee of £5 plus 2.5% of the transaction, which will be deducted from your deposit.

Late changes (within 24 hours) will result in the forfeiture of fees paid. For package appointments, one treatment will be deducted from the remaining sessions.

Payment Terms:

A non-refundable booking fee (£50 of the treatment cost) is required for all appointments with Flavia. This fee is per appointment and will be charged on the appointment day.

Missed Appointments:

Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will incur a £50 fee, which will be allocated directly to the therapist. This applies even in cases of unforeseen circumstances or illness. Rescheduling only be permitted after the fee has been settled, subject to the discretion of the directors.

COVID-19 Cancellations:

Cancellations due to COVID-19 will only be accepted with original proof of a positive COVID test.
