Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Fees:

To receive a full refund, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance.

Cancellations within the requested period (2 days prior to booking) will incur an administration fee of £5 plus 2.5% of the transaction, which will be deducted from your deposit.

Late changes (within 2 days) will result in the forfeiture of fees paid. For package appointments, one treatment will be deducted from the remaining sessions.

Payment Terms:

A non-refundable booking fee (£50 of the treatment cost) is required for all appointments with Flavia. This fee is per appointment and will be charged on the appointment day.

Missed Appointments:

Any missed appointments not canceled at least 2 days in advance will result in a £50 fine applied to the next treatment booked with the Flavia Morellato Team.

COVID-19 Cancellations:

Cancellations due to COVID-19 will only be accepted with original proof of a positive COVID test.
