Booking Process:
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked online.
Clients are responsible for completing the required intake form immediately after booking to provide essential medical information relevant to the treatment.
Treatment Considerations:
While Manual Lymphatic Drainage typically does not result in bruising, there may be exceptional circumstances, such as vascular fragility or underlying conditions, where bruising can occur.
Home Visit Appointments:
For home visit appointments, we kindly ask that clients provide two clean towels to be covered up with (our specialists carry their own massage tables with them).
Payment Terms:
Full payment for assistant appointments is due at the time of online booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit payment is received. Failure to make a prompt deposit payment may result in the appointment slot being allocated to someone else.
Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment session, as the team aims to respect other clients' schedules.
Package Terms:
All treatments within a package must be completed within 6 months, and these terms and conditions apply to each session.
Children and Supervision:
When bringing young children to the clinic, please ensure the presence of a supervising adult at all times, as clinic staff cannot supervise children.
Medical History and Instructions:
Provide all requested medical history information, as our team cannot be held liable for issues resulting from withheld information or failure to follow instructions.
Appointment Reminders:
Five days before your appointment, you will receive an email reminder. Please do not use this email to reschedule bookings or ask general questions.
Review Appointments:
Review appointments cannot be used for additional treatments, as these appointments serve a specific purpose.
Confidentiality and Marketing:
Before and after pictures may be used for company marketing, with a guarantee of confidentiality protection.
Individual Bookings:
Bookings are individual and cannot be shared with others.
Late Arrival Policy:
The therapist will wait for up to 15 minutes for late arrivals, with these minutes deducted from the session time. After 15 minutes, the therapist will leave, and the session will be charged in full.
Pet Policy:
The clinics are not pet-friendly due to CQC regulations. Bringing a pet to your appointment will result in the therapist being unable to perform the treatment.
If you have pets at home and will be seen by one of our specialists for a home visit, please ensure that you pet is kept under control at all times (especially if your pet has aggressive tendencies), to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all parties. Clients hold full responsibility over their pets' behaviours and any aggressive attempts made against our specialists will be the sole responsibility of client.
